Bishop Leroy N Francis

General Superintendent

In March 2000, Bishop Francis was appointed as Pastor of Life Tabernacle UPC by Rev James Dallas. In March 2002, Bishop Francis was elected as the General Superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain & Ireland.

He currently sits on the Global Council and the Executive Global Council, the RRDC (Regional Research and Development Commission) for Europe and also the Compassion International Service Committee.

Reverend Emile Austin

Assistant General Superintendent

Newly elected to serve as the first Assistant General Superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain and Ireland, Reverend Austin also pastors Lighthouse Christian Ministries in Stratford, East London.

Reverend Jonathan Strickland

Northern District Superintendent

Currently serving as the Superintendent of the Northern District. Reverend Strickland also pastors The Family Church of Northern Dublin.

Reverend Yvonne Frater

Central District Superintendent

Currently serving as the Superintendent of the Central District, also pastors Rugby UPC.

Reverend Anthony Banton

London & South District Superintendent

Currently serving as the Superintendent of London & South District, Reverend Banton is also Pastor of Pentecostal Family Church in Ladbroke Grove; an extension work of Life Tabernacle.

Currently serving as the National Missions Director of the United Pentecostal Church of Great Britain and Ireland.

Reverend Robert Kelley

General Board Honorary Member

Reverend Robert Kelley served as the Northern District Superintendent for 34 years. He is the founding pastor of New Life Church in Glasgow and the Principal of the full time Bible School for the UPCGBI, Harvest Bible College. Reverend Kelley serves as an honorary member of the General Board.
